FY 2014 Adopted Budget & Capital Improvements Program

On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, Town Manager John Wells presented the FY 2014 budget to the Leesburg Town Council.  The first public hearing on the proposed budget and capital improvements program was held at the Town Council meeting on March 12, 2013 and the second hearing occurred on April 8, 2013.  On April 9, 2013, following a public hearing, the Town Council approved a tax rate of 19.2 cents and adopted the FY 2014 budget.
